Sessions
Sessions let you group, process, and review batches of rows within a single AI Table: ideal for recurring workflows or large, segmented datasets.
What are sessions?
A session is a named batch of rows inside an AI Table. Instead of mixing all your data into one flat list, sessions let you organize rows into logical groups that you can work with independently.
When to use sessions
Sessions are useful when:
- You process data in recurring batches:for example, a new set of invoices every week or a monthly report cycle
- You want to separate imports: keep each batch of imported files or rows in its own session for easier review
- You need to compare results across runs: switch between sessions to see how results differ between batches
How to use sessions
- Create a session: Open your AI Table and create a new session to start a fresh batch.
- Import data into a session: Add rows, drag and drop files, or import a CSV — all new data goes into the active session.
- Switch between sessions: Use the session selector to navigate between batches and review results independently.
Each session shares the same column structure and tool configuration — only the rows differ. This makes sessions perfect for running the same workflow on different datasets.
