List Rows

Retrieves the rows that belong to the specified Table using cursor-based pagination. Optional column filters are AND-combined. When filters are present, rows are ordered by the first CONTAINS column (ascending), independent of clause order; that cursor is not interchangeable with an unfiltered list, and the query may run against a read replica.
